Easy Corn-Potato Chowder
This recipe is super easy, and ohhhh soooo good!
6-8 medium potatoes (cubed)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
3 strips bacon (cut into small pieces)
salt/pepper to taste
Place bacon and onion in frying pan and cook thoroughly.
Place bacon, onions and remaining ingredients in pot and cover with just enough milk to cover the potatoes.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
You can substitute the bacon with ham if you prefer.
