Deviled Eggs made EASY!!

My husband LOVES deviled eggs!  I used to not make them too often because they make such a mess.  But my sister in law showed me a tip that was one of those "WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT" moments!
First you boil your eggs as usual, cut them in half and put the yolks in a bowl.  Using a fork mash them up into small crumbs.

Move the yolks to a zipper bag and add your mustard, mayo, relish... whatever you would normally do.

Close the bag and using your fingers mash the ingredients together to incorporate.  Cut a slit in one corner of the bag.

Using the bag just as a piping bag squeeze the "deviled" part into the egg and simply throw the bag away!  No mess!  
BRILLIANT!! Why didn't I think of that??
